I recently received my order, which arrived promptly and well-packaged. However, upon unwrapping the shrink wrap encasing the Maxey Lash Eyelash Enhancing Serum, I was disappointed to find the vial bone dry. Despite reporting the issue twice via email, with the product lot number 2308705 included, I have yet to receive a response. Given the high cost of this product, I kindly request a replacement or a refund. I have genuinely enjoyed the results it provides and hope for a swift resolution to this matter.

Great product & customer service!

Aside from these products being absolutely amazing, their customer service is phenomenal! I’ve been using maxey lash for a few months now. I even asked for this product as a gift for Valentine’s Day, Christmas, etc! My lashes have never been this beautiful!! I was a lash extension queen for years, took a break and needed to nourish my lashes a bit and I’m so happy I tried this! I’m a customer for life!

Is there a formula change?

I used maxey lash in the past and loved it, however this time I have developed sore swollen eyelids with first use of a brand new tube. How disappointing, because it worked so well in the past!
Customer service was amazing, however and sent me a full refund today. This product really works, so I am sad to have to stop using it. Thanks Maxeylash for your great service!
